The successful candidate will have excellent management skills and experience in managing a diverse portfolio of properties.
A key responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
* This includes ensuring all tenancy agreements are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation.
* The property manager will also be responsible for conducting regular site visits to inspect properties and identify any potential issues.
In addition to these responsibilities, the property manager will work closely with a supportive team to achieve performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
The position also includes a company car as part of the salary package.
