Associate Nurse Unit Manager Opportunity
This is a fixed term part time position for a suitably qualified Associate Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and act as a professional role model for the team.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager, utilizing their knowledge and skills to lead and support team members.
* Demonstrated expertise as a Registered Nurse, certified by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency
* Clinical knowledge and experience in Residential Aged Care, encompassing leadership roles and responsibilities
* Familiarity with Aged Care Standards and Accreditation requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence
Roster duties will include shift work, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
