What You'll Do Safely move raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and waste around the site Keep production lines flowing by ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time Help with warehousing, storage, and general site housekeeping Work alongside the production team to support equipment and processes Communicate openly with supervisors and colleagues to keep operations smooth and safe Follow all Visy safety standards while making every day efficient and organized Pitch in on other operational tasks as needed - no two days are the same! What We're Looking For Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential) Forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred, but we'll train the right person) Strong safety awareness and a love for doing things right Confidence working in a busy, fast-moving environment Good communication and team skills Flexible to work varying shifts Physically capable and ready to get involved Why You'll Love Working Here $37.18 per hour, plus potential overtime, and shift penalties Temporary-to-permanent role with long-term career growth Be part of a site gearing up for major improvements in 2026 - a chance to grow with us!
