Job Description:
As a HR Advisor & TA Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR and recruitment advice and support across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HSE&S, Procurement and Supply Planning businesses in Australia.
* Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process for all departments across Australia and New Zealand, by utilizing direct sourcing, employee referrals, social media and other sources.
* Provide advice, training and support to hiring managers to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in recruitment best practices and compliant with local laws.
* Support the recruitment of campus recruitment campaigns to attract talent to the various departments.
* Develop strong relationships internally with stakeholders and externally with recruitment agencies to source suitable candidates for AkzoNobel.
Key Responsibilities include Talent Acquisition, Operational HR Delivery, Employee Relations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Human Resources or related fields preferred.
* Proven experience in HR generalist roles and in-house recruitment, with a track record of successful recruitment campaigns.
* Proficiency with ATS, social media platforms, and HR analytics.
* Strong understanding of local Employment Law and experience with EBA interpretation and negotiation process.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
