Retail Manager
to oversee customer service and daily operations in our butchery. The right candidate will be hands-on, ensure food safety and quality, and support the team where needed.
Key Duties
Maintain store cleanliness and food safety standards
Manage stock levels, pricing, and supplier negotiations
Supervise and support retail assistants
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
Arrange displays and run promotions to drive sales
Monitor costs and ensure accurate retail pricing
Build robust customer relationships and provide product knowledge
Oversee daily operations for efficiency and productivity
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in retail management or store leadership
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
Ability to manage stock, pricing, and supplier relationships
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
