This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Occupational Therapist with our team, empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live life to the fullest through a person-centred approach.
* Deliver high-quality therapy services including assessment, intervention, reports and case management
* Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary therapy team using the key worker model
* Conduct hub-based and community visits to provide accessible support
* Liaise with families, schools, hospitals, agencies and community services to ensure seamless care
We are offering Full and Part Time positions at our state-of-the-art Murdoch hub, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
* Right to work in Australia
* National Police Clearance within 6 months
* Driver's Licence
* NDIS Workers Orientation Module
* NDIS Worker Screening check
* Working with Children Check
* First Aid Certificate
* COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
