**We are a well-established Demolition & Excavation Company based in Burton looking for a Hand Demolition labourer in residential and commercial demolition works to join our growing team.**
**The person we are seeking must have the following attributes**:
- Experience using Quick Cut Saws
- Experience with Oxy Cuts
- Experience with power tools
- Demonstrated experience in the demolition of internal structures and fit-outs
- This role requires you to be flexible and hardworking
- Punctual and presentable
- Adhere to all Safework SA policy and procedures
- Good communicator and able to take direction from project managers and builders
- Ability to foster and build positive relationships
**The following licenses are considered important and required for this position**:
- White Card (REQUIRED)
- Drivers Licence (REQUIRED)
- Power Tools Quick Cut Saw, Grinder, Jack Hammer Experience
**The following licenses are considered desirable for this position but not essential**:
- Class B Asbestos removal license (desired but not essential)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
