Job Title: Civil Project Coordinator


Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of civil projects ensuring timely, safe and cost-effective completion. This involves managing national projects based on set schedules.

* Quotation & Tendering: Assist with supplier pricing, conduct site visits and provide productivity inputs to enhance quotation efficiency.
* Project Preparation: Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential risks and coordinate service locations and project methodologies to ensure seamless execution.
* Project Delivery: Liaise closely with client supervisors to ensure project deliverables meet specifications and client expectations. Regularly monitor progress and implement improvements as needed.
* Marketing & Client Relations: Conduct regular client visits and provide technical guidance while handling customer inquiries and resolving disputes professionally.
* Human Resources: Develop training programs, toolbox talks and short courses to enhance staff knowledge and skills. Communicate company policies effectively and resolve staff grievances promptly.
* Reporting: Provide detailed reports on crew performance, operator maintenance, client satisfaction and workmanship quality. Maintain accurate documentation for commercial and contractual matters.
* Management Systems: Conduct monthly site audits to ensure compliance with legislation and SPA management systems.


Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise project delivery works including safe, efficient and economic running of projects
* Manage national projects based on scheduling
* Assist with supplier pricing and site/client visits
* Conduct site visits and identify risks
* Liaise with client supervisors and ensure project delivery meets specifications and client expectations

* Handle customer inquiries and dispute resolution

* Conduct monthly site audits and perform Foreman resource audits
