Casual Receptionist - National Convention Centre

At the National Convention Centre Canberra (NCCC), we offer an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced, dynamic, and professional team to deliver truly inspiring events to our guests. Our events range from innovative gala dinners to delicious catering for large multi-day conferences. Our prestigious and diverse range of annual events allows us to showcase our unique product and service to our guests here at the NCCC.

As a Receptionist, you will:
1. Be responsible for managing and directing phone enquiries,
2. Assist with the carpark and setting up of new permanent parkers,
3. Create and distribute signage for our events,
4. Provide general administrative support for our sales office.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Can represent the NCCC brand,
2. Can work closely with our team to develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
3. Has a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role or similar,
4. Has a keen eye for detail,
5. Possesses excellent time management and communication skills,
6. Is committed to quality and providing a truly unique experience for our clients.
