Hey, I’m Tim, Founder of Powrhouse and I’m looking for someone to help me take our business to the next level. Powrhouse helps Victorian households reduce their energy bills and carbon emissions. We install heat pump hot water units (about 80% of our work), air conditioners and induction cooktops (10% each). At last count, we have saved our customers around $70,000 in reduced energy bills and the equivalent of 3,500 trees in saved carbon emissions. I launched Powrhouse with our first heat pump installation around 18 months ago. We’re now installing around 40 units per month. We’re growing quickly and looking to expand the team. I’m looking for a Sales & Operations Guru to help with the following: Sales - speaking with customers about heat pump hot water units, air conditioning and induction cooktops. It’s fun - we genuinely try to help people Operations - booking jobs with electricians and plumbers, liaising with customers Admin - claiming rebates for installations Marketing - I’m always open to ideas of how we can market Powrhouse. I’ve tried radio, newspapers and online. It’s always fun to try new channels and see what works. About You Energy - you must be hungry and enthusiastic about helping people and household electrification. There will be a steep learning curve, so you’ll need to be interested in the topic Environment - while you don’t need to be a fully fledged tree-hugger, an appreciation for reducing emissions and helping to fight climate change will help keep you motivated Attention to detail - rebate claims often require specific details, otherwise they get rejected Ability to juggle - there’s lots going on at Powrhouse. We need to stay on top of everything Experience in sales is a plus Why Should You Choose Powrhouse?
