As An Engagement Partner, You Will
* Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.
* Obtain a high level of understanding of your client portfolio's business environment and strategy by partnering, collaborating and collecting information from internal and external stakeholders.
* Continuously seek to improve work practices, internal processes and procedures to ensure a positive engagement experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
* Contribute to the creation and implementation of Service Level Agreements and variations.
* Ensure the accurate and timely billing of all service charges related to the position's allocated clients.
* Update and maintain all spreadsheets, databases and records to produce reports for both the team and management when required.
* Manage the communication of Service Level Management information within an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Delivery Framework.
* Prepare reports and submissions where required.
* Actively contribute to a culture of client and service excellence across the organisation.
