Your new company is a global provider of stored electrical energy solutions for various automotive and industrial purposes. An opportunity has become available to join their team starting in a temporary capacity with the option to go permanent
**Your new role**
Working closely alongside the sales team, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing sales and service functions through the company's ERP system
- Sales order entry and work order processing
- Stock coordination
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Responding to queries in a timely manner
- Coordinating and assisting with general office duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
Our client is ideally looking for someone with demonstrated experience in a similar role. You will also need to understand business and administrative processes.
Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes:
- Previous experience in a sales administration role
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience in an office-based administrative role and understand the importance of time management and prioritising
