About The Role: Based at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) — a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital. 7 West 1 is a 24-bed, high-acuity unit specializing in care for patients undergoing stem cell transplants, CAR T-cell therapy, and intensive chemotherapy. The team provides advanced, evidence-based nursing care for individuals with complex hematologic conditions, combining clinical expertise with compassionate, patient-centered support throughout the treatment journey.

Responsibilities
Provide high-acuity nursing care for patients in the Haematology & Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, including those undergoing stem cell transplants, CAR T-cell therapy, and intensive chemotherapy.
Deliver evidence-based nursing care, working in a fast-paced, dynamic team to meet the needs of complex hematologic patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care and treatment plans.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Experience in Haematology and/or stem cell transplant nursing preferred.
Experience in high-acuity settings (e.g., oncology, critical care or related specialty units) is advantageous.
