**VOG Business Solutions Pty Ltd **is located at 477 Bridge Road, Richmond VIC 3121 and is currently seeking a highly professional, motivated, and enthusiastic individual with relevant qualification to come and join our team as a full-time Customer Service Manager.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate processing of services to be provided to customers and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order management and customer support
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the customer service department
**Skills, Experience, and Qualifications**
- Diploma or equivalent in the relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
**Remuneration**
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- RICHMOND, VIC 3121: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
