The Role:
We are looking for a conscientious Customer Service Clerk to join our collaborative Sydney team in a permanent full-time role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Hours: 10am to 6pm
* Investigations daily to locate delivery information
* Accurate entry & reporting of data
* Providing tracking explanations to internal enquires via email
* Customer service contact providing tracking explanations to customers
* Liaise with drivers and agent vendors for delivery information
* Complete address change information for packages when required
* Monitor cargo for timely tracking updates to prevent service failures
* Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
* Ability to analyse information to see the whole picture.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
* Excellent attention to detail
* Capacity to repeat daily tasks with attention to detail everyday
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Must be reliable & flexible to changes.
* Customer service experience Customer Focus
* Previous experience in an operational environment
