About The Role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolworths and bring to life everyday what we are famous for - our friendly service.
Working throughout the store, Team Members perform a variety of tasks: stocking shelves, displaying fresh Fruit & Veg, picking orders for our online customers, and providing the last friendly face before customers leave with their shopping.
What You'll Do
* Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank customers for shopping at Woolworths.
* Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure safety for yourself, colleagues, and customers, including reporting hazards.
* Assist customers by answering questions or directing them to products throughout their shopping journey.
* Maintain full and tidy shelves to enable a fast and easy shopping journey.
* Shop for online customers, ensuring they receive what they need.
