You'll be instrumental in establishing core HR infrastructure, while maintaining full adherence to local workplace regulations.
The Role
* Drive strategic workforce initiatives across the organisation
* Collaborate with executive stakeholders on talent planning and organisational evolution
* Design and implement adaptable HR frameworks, policies, and procedures
* Maintain comprehensive compliance with Fair Work regulations, modern awards, and Australian workplace law
* Spearhead workplace health and safety initiatives and programs
* Establish systems that enable compliant, sustainable, and culture-driven growth
* Foster an environment of inclusion and excellence throughout all business units
* Manage performance frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs
* Direct comprehensive talent acquisition strategy from planning through execution
* Deploy technology solutions to enhance recruitment effectiveness
* Work closely with department leaders on successful integration and development of new team members
About You:
* 5-7 years' experience
* Deep understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards
* Comprehensive knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and industrial instruments
* Substantial expertise in workplace health and safety frameworks and rollout
* Background in emerging or accelerated-growth businesses with evolving infrastructure
* Outstanding analytical thinking and relationship management capabilities
