Job Title: Shopping Centre Manager
This is a senior leadership role that involves overseeing the operation and management of two shopping centres.
The successful candidate will have experience in retail property management, including knowledge of property-related functions, as well as excellent reporting, analysing, and Microsoft Office skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to implement duties as specified in the management agreement, prepare income/expenditure budgets, business plans, monthly reports, and forecasts in accordance with critical dates.
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for assisting leasing negotiations and communicating strategy and asset/business plans to the management team.
Maintaining centres to high standards, minimising liability risk exposure, and ensuring processes/systems adhere to standard documents is also a key responsibility.
The Centre Manager will conduct regular site property inspections and address issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Prior retail property management experience with knowledge of property-related functions.
* Current Real Estate Agent Representative Certificate or Real Estate License.
* Degree in Property, Business, Management, or related discipline (desirable).
* Excellent reporting, analysing, and Microsoft Office skills.
