About The Role:
This role is 3 days a week with a possibility to move to 4 days a week
We are looking for an organised, customer focused individual with administration experience for the Bodyshop. You will possess exceptional people skills with an enthusiastic manner, be well presented and have a can-do attitude. The Receptionist/Administrator role champions the delivery of exceptional service to our valued customer base.
Some responsibilities include:
* Welcome customers and guests to the body shop and greeting clients over the phone
* Providing support to our valued customers to identify their requirements, directing enquiries as appropriate
* Maintaining a daily appointment diary
* Preparing RO's via the company's DMS (ERA & IBODY SHOP)
* Processing invoices/data entries into company DMS, Accounts Reconciliation (debtors & creditors)
* Liaising with insurance companies (company and customer queries)
* Managing payments and records within appropriate file system, including EFT and Cash payments from customers and towing companies
* Working along with Estimators to manage daily production IN and OUT using I BODY Shop (including ESTIMAGE/NRMA)
* Updating REPX and Allianz Connect on line
* Managing bookings
* Managing additional ad-hoc administrative activities
To be considered for the position, you will have:

* Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be advantageous
