**Job Description**:
Due to an internal promotion, our Business Services team is looking for an IT Operations Manager to join the team.
In this critical leadership role, you will report directly to the National Director | Information Technology, ANZ and be responsible for country technology platform capability & implementing the regional and locally specific digital transformation strategies.
Key to success in this role will be identifying and implementing new technology solutions and opportunities that will enable Colliers to deliver the industry's best technology platform for both our clients and our people. Providing a great user experience and technology capability that differentiates Colliers will be critical.
Working collaboratively with members of the ANZ IT Leadership team, state and country leaders teams, to define and deliver the digital, data and technology strategy and roadmap that enables and accelerates the business to Innovate with Technology, Build Scale, Expand Client Relationships, Make Culture Count, Amplify our Brand.
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Develop, lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure continued success for the team.
- Develops and executes infrastructure and operations strategic objectives including laptop and infrastructure refreshes working with ANZ teams to ensure standards are followed.
- Review and support the development of effective process / governance frameworks
- Manage all ANZ approvals for new hardware and software requests
- Operations - Host the (CAB) change approval board ensuring that due process is followed for all ANZ changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Develop and manage the relevant Project documentation and processes (including Service and Change Requests) for all projects.
- Manage projects associated with Colliers corporate office relocations, decommissions and expansions.
- Aid in communicating with multiple stakeholders at a time, manage stakeholder expectations, and gain consensus in cases of conflict
**Qualifications**:
**About You**:
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in IT at a large multinational
- Proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading digital transformation initiatives in complex and dynamic environments
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate a business strategy
- Have excellent problem-solving skills, Work through issues and challenges
- Strong technical knowledge of SharePoint configuration and customisation.
- Experience with Power Automate, PowerApps, Logic Apps would be highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline in science.
