Experience & Qualities:
* Proven history of experience in a similar position
* Respectful, honest, humble, fair & reliable
* A positive can‑do attitude – a "leave your worries at the door" mindset
* The ability to own your mistakes and learn from them ("It's not a failure… It's a Lesson.")
* Take pride in your work, and care for your team, your guests, the venue, and the equipment you use
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring continuous high quality of service and products in line with our core values
* A passion for training & nurturing junior staff
* A fastidious attention to detail whilst maintaining a practical approach to tasks
* Available nights, weekends & some public holidays
