I. Job Overview
The JD Worldwide Hong Kong FMGC Procurement Manager is a core position responsible for the procurement, sales, and supply chain management of goods in Hong Kong within JD International's business. This role requires deep integration of high-quality brands and supply chain resources in Hong Kong, driving sales growth and market share increases for product categories on the JD Worldwide platform through precise product selection, pricing strategies, and marketing planning, while ensuring the compliant and efficient flow of cross-border goods.
II. Core Responsibilities
1. Responsible for expanding and negotiating with FMGC brands and distributors in Hong Kong, establishing long-term partnerships;
2. Develop category product planning and selection strategies based on market trends and user data;
3. Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and replenishment plans, optimizing supply chain efficiency;
4. Develop category sales targets and promotional strategies, planning major promotional events (such as 618, Double 11, Black Friday, etc.);
5. Monitor sales data, conversion rates, and user feedback, continuously optimizing product pages and marketing plans;
6. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to improve category exposure and user experience.
7. Ensure smooth and compliant customs clearance, logistics, and after-sales service for cross-border goods;
8. Manage inventory turnover and warehousing and distribution, controlling costs and timeliness;
9. Track changes in Hong Kong policies and regulations and adjust business strategies accordingly.
10. Collaborate with internal purchasing, international logistics, legal, and finance departments;
11. Maintain cooperative relationships with Hong Kong suppliers, brands, and third-party service providers.
III. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in international trade, e-commerce, marketing, or related fields;
2. 3-5 years of experience in FMGC category purchasing or cross-border business, with preference given to candidates familiar with the Hong Kong market;
3. Priority given to candidates with e-commerce platform purchasing experience, proficient in product procurement, supply chain management, and sales data analysis;
4. Familiar with cross-border e-commerce processes, customs policies, and international logistics;
5. Strong market insight, negotiation, and project management skills.
6. Results-oriented and able to withstand high-intensity work pressure;
7. Possesses cross-cultural communication skills; proficiency in English/Cantonese/Traditional Chinese is a plus;
8. Demonstrates teamwork spirit and innovative thinking.

6. 协调运营、营销、客服团队，提升品类曝光与用户体验;
7. 确保跨境商品报关、物流、售后等环节合规顺畅；
8. 管理库存周转与仓储配送，控制成本与时效；
9. 跟踪香港地区政策法规变化，及时调整业务策略;
10. 与内部采销、国际物流、法务、财务等部门协同；
11. 对接香港供应商、品牌方及第三方服务商，维护合作关系。
三、任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、电子商务、市场营销等相关专业优先；
2. 3-5年 FMGC 品类采销或跨境业务经验，熟悉香港市场者优先；
3. 有 电商平台采销经验者优先, 精通商品采购、供应链管理、销售数据分析；
4. 熟悉跨境电商流程、海关政策及国际物流；
5. 具备较强的市场洞察、谈判与项目管理能力;
6. 结果导向，能承受高强度工作压力；
7. 具备跨文化沟通能力，英语/粤语/繁体中文能力为加分项；
8. 具备团队协作精神与创新意识。
