Key Responsibilities
* Establish a secure atmosphere to promote emotional well-being.
* Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation, to foster independence.
* Ensure young people attend school, appointments, and community activities through coordinated transportation arrangements.
* Encourage skill development and socialization within the local community to enhance overall growth.
* Manage health needs by administering medications and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Australian Drivers License (P2 or higher)
* Working rights in Australia
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
* Experience in Disability Support, Aged Care, Corrections, or Social Work, or transferable skills from a relevant background
