Responsibilities include:
* Play a key role in supporting M&A transactions, including financial modelling, valuations, investor presentations and data room management.
* Assist in the preparation and review of Information Memorandums, board reports and strategic insights.
* Maintain a robust group wide three way cash flow model to support financial planning and performance tracking.
* Provide insightful analysis on new business models, market expansion opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Conduct scenario planning, risk analysis, and commercial reviews to support data driven decision-making.
* Work cross-functionally with legal, people, commercial and operational teams on a variety of projects.
* Drive the preparation of internal presentations and reports to influence strategic outcomes.
Requirements:
* A business-qualified Accountant (CPA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3 - 6 years' experience in corporate finance, commercial analytics, or transaction services.
* Strong background in financial modelling and valuation, with a solid grasp of DCF, comps and precedent transaction methodologies.
* Proven exposure to M&A processes (buy or sell side), due diligence and data room management.
* High-level Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an eye for detail and a head for strategy.
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
* Commercial acumen, curiosity, and confidence to challenge assumptions and drive better decisions.
