This hybrid role, based in Melbourne near Southern Cross Station, combines WFH and office work, and is offered on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding in the Consulting service lines. Supporting P&C reporting (national), contractor management, talent acquisition, engagement surveys, talent programs, internal meetings, and routine P&C advice. Skills and Experience Experience in People & Culture/Human Resources or administrative support to stakeholders. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to learn new systems, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive attitude.
