Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Shutdown Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating resources and personnel for fixed plant shutdowns.
About the Role
* You will work closely with our scheduling and planning teams to organize personnel and equipment resources for shutdowns.
* Identify and close gaps in resources and budgetary requirements.
* Collaborate with line schedulers and execution teams to coordinate resources and personnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate support services and equipment on-site during shutdowns.
* Process purchase orders and manage invoicing and cost referencing.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver accurate information and facilitate efficient planning outcomes.
* Develop and maintain accurate budget estimates, timesheets, and purchase orders.
Qualifications and Experience
* Mine site experience and exposure to shutdown processes.
* SAP experience is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and time management abilities.
* Able to maintain attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment.
