We’re entering a significant growth phase and are seeking a values-led, commercially astute Construction Manager to lead our site teams and elevate delivery standards across a growing portfolio.
The Opportunity
As Construction Manager, you’ll provide leadership, direction and support to Site Managers and Supervisors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to an exceptional quality standard
Working closely with the Building Manager and Project Managers, you’ll take ownership of on-site operations while embedding strong governance, safety culture and commercial discipline across multiple projects.

Lead and mentor Site Managers across multiple projectsDrive safety, program and quality performance on siteProtect cost outcomes and minimise commercial riskOversee trade performance and complianceEnsure exceptional client experience through to handover
What You’ll Bring
10+ years’ residential construction experience with strong leadership exposureCertificate IV (or higher) in Construction Management or relevant tradeDeep knowledge of NCC, BCA, WHS legislation and Australian StandardsStrong programming, trade coordination and client management capabilityCommercial acumen with proven ability to protect cost, time and quality outcomes
