We work with some of the world's best brands - Shopify, Spotify, Amazon, Meta - to create merch people actually want.
Now we're looking for someone to help us grow those relationships and win new ones.
This isn't a passive role. You'll be hunting for new business, expanding accounts, and becoming the kind of partner clients genuinely trust. The person who thrives here is someone who does what they say, over-delivers quietly, and builds relationships that last longer than any single deal.
You'll be great at this if you:
* Have a hunter mentality - you create opportunities, you don't wait for them
* Know how to land a client and then grow the relationship from there
* Are deeply organised and love staying on top of the details
* Put clients first, even when it's not the easy call
* Take real pride in your work and in the trust people place in you
What you'll be doing:
* Winning new business and building your own book of clients
* Managing projects end-to-end with clear communication and zero dropped balls
* Working closely with our ops team to deliver seamless experiences
* Growing accounts by understanding what clients need - sometimes before they do
