This role is responsible for providing holistic personal support to the Head of Distribution, RBWM. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Requiring a professional and articulate individual, the position is often the first point of contact for internal, external, local and overseas individuals looking for engagement with the country head.

The range of tasks and responsibilities include the smooth running of day-to-day operations for the Head of Distribution, whilst liaising with all areas of the bank, including local teams, regional teams and global teams, in addition to external stakeholders, external peers, industry bodies and customers. The breadth of communication requires the incumbent to be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks with various deadlines.

The role holder will review, manage and coordinating Leadership meetings, managing and organizing team initiatives and ensuring the smooth running of events, presentation, interviews and media events on behalf of the Head of Distribution. You will assist with expense management, prepare presentations and learn a significant amount about the HSBC's retail bank accountabilities, retail and third party channel, and overall retail channel management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for holding master presentation files for ease of access at any point in time.
- Manage and coordinate travel plans for Head of Distribution as and when required.
- Coordinate account preparation e.g. expense forms for Head of Distribution, Senior Management and Distribution Personnel as required.
- Monitor all expenses and ensure approvals for Distribution accounts and expenses are managed in a timely manner to expected budgets.

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- The Higher School Certificate or equivalent certification/education preferred.
- Preferred administrative experience within a Financial Services institution with a proven track record of achieving a close liaison with colleagues from other lines of business, business segments, products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability work cohesively within a team environment.
- A passion for delivering first-class customer service and a willingness to take initiative.
- A proven ability to prioritise workloads and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to build positive relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
