This role is for an experienced Registered Nurse who will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our central west region.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of individualised care plans and the ability to deliver and promote high standards of professional care. They will also provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to care staff and demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual resident aged care plans
* Deliver and promote high standards of professional care
* Provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to Care Staff
Requirements:
* Be a qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
* Have minimum 2 years' experience within an aged care setting
* Possess prior experience in a clinical leadership role (preferred)
* Have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
* Demonstrate time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
