Sales Representative – Temporary Works & Site Support Solutions (QLD)

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a driven Sales Representative who enjoys being on-site, talking with contractors, and providing solutions that make projects safer, faster, and more efficient. You will manage an established client base across SEQ while actively developing new business in civil, infrastructure, formwork, shoring, propping, and general construction markets. The position offers autonomy, strong operational support, and clear development pathways.
Key Responsibilities
• Grow revenue across civil contractors, builders, engineering groups, and hire companies
• Identify new project opportunities and convert them into long-term accounts
• Promote engineered shoring, propping, edge protection, access, and site safety solutions
• Conduct site visits, toolbox meetings, and product demonstrations
• Work with internal engineering and operations teams to prepare quotes and deliver safe, compliant solutions
• Manage a territory pipeline, report activity, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
About You
• Experience in construction, hire, temporary works, or industrial sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand technical products and explain value on-site
• Motivated, organised, and proactive in developing new business
• Comfortable working with contractors, engineers, and site teams
• Valid driver's licence
