About This Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this position, you will oversee front office and guest services, lead and motivate a dedicated team, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring seamless delivery of services to guests
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff performance, productivity, and job satisfaction
* Maintain compliance with safety, food handling, and accommodation standards, promoting a culture of excellence within the team
* Foster strong relationships with guests, contractors, and local communities through effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Support the Park Manager in rostering, training, and strategic decision-making
What You'll Need
* Proven experience in hospitality or related fields, with a focus on leadership and operational management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Knowledge of safety protocols, food handling procedures, and accommodation standards
* A current driver's license and flexible availability, including weekends and after-hours
