Industrial Electrician Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Licensed Electrician to join our team delivering various water and wastewater projects in the greater Hunter area.
Job Overview:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a diverse spectrum of heavy industrial electrical tasks, spanning power, lighting, and cable tray installations.
* They will complete PLC, SCADA & Telemetry installations with precision.
* Proficiently handle power, lighting, and instrumentation installation.
* Lead isolation, testing, and commissioning activities with expertise.
* Maintain and complete Quality Assurance documentation diligently.
* Elevate troubleshooting skills to resolve electrical faults efficiently.
* Deliver quality results without compromising safety or the environment.
* Demonstrate a relentless commitment to timely project completion, administrative tasks, and paperwork.
* Operate within the bounds of rigorous safe work systems, safety standards, and procedures at all times.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous experience in wastewater or water treatment projects, including pump stations, or substantial experience in demanding industrial settings like manufacturing, materials handling, or Oil and Gas facilities is essential.
* A valid NSW Electrical Licence and trade qualifications are required.
* Construction Safety White Card must be held.
* Current LVR / CPR (Low Voltage Rescue and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification is necessary.
* Certified for Working at Heights is a must.
* A valid EWP (Elevated Work Platform) and/or Scissor Lift Yellow Card is required.
* A High-Risk National Licence showcasing your commitment to safety and skill is highly desirable.
* Exceptional technical troubleshooting abilities, particularly in diagnosing and rectifying technical faults, are crucial.
* A team player mentality ready to collaborate and provide support to fellow team members as needed is expected.
