We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Hairdresser to join our busy and friendly barbershop in Canberra.
This is a full-time position (5 days per week) offering an annual salary of $80,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing a wide range of hairdressing and barbering services including haircuts, styling, fades, beard trims, and grooming
• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles
• Maintaining a clean and professional workstation
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Keeping up to date with current hair trends and techniques
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–4 years of professional hairdressing or barbering experience
• Relevant hairdressing qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
