**About the Role**
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead our growth and sustainability through strategic business development initiatives. This role is crucial for identifying new market opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting Omnii's cutting-edge fire safety and fire protection services. You will be instrumental in aligning our business development strategies with our vision and values to drive profit and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Technical**:
- Gain a deep understanding of Omnii's services to identify new business opportunities. 
- Collaborate with technical teams to align business strategies with our technical capabilities. 
- Lead technical presentations to potential clients, showcasing Omnii's expertise.
**Business Development**:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve our growth objectives. 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals. 
- Identify new business opportunities, including tenders and partnerships. 
- Represent Omnii at industry events to promote our brand and services.
**Management**:
- Achieve financial targets and business development metrics. 
- Coach and mentor a business development team, who are technical professionals interested in business development activities, fostering a culture of excellence and improvement. 
- Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions and manage client relationships.
**General**:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Omnii's practices and offerings. 
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and uphold Omnii's values in all activities.
**About you**
**We're looking for a proactive, self-driven individual who meets the following criteria**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 
- Experience in fire safety, fire protection, or related fields is highly desirable. 
- Proven track record in business development, strategic partnership management, or related areas. 
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. 
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. 
- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to ethical conduct and professionalism. 
- Client-focused, dedicated to understanding and meeting client needs.
