Our state government client is hiring Business process analyst .The role will report to the Director of Workforce Capability and Talent. Our ideal candidate will understand the GSE and govt recruitment processes. They will be looking for efficiencies in process in the TA team, as well as improvements of Technology
Key Responsibilities
Extensive experience working with NSW Government recruitment frameworks and the Government Sector Employment (GSE) Act
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies Service Design/ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Analyse and map current-state ("as-is") processes across operational and corporate functions
Identify inefficiencies, duplication, and process gaps
Design improved "to-be" workflows that are practical, measurable, and fit for purpose
Develop clear, user-friendly documentation including process maps, procedures, templates, and instructions
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate, refine, and embed updated processes
Ensure all process improvement work aligns with ISO 9001 requirements and supports accreditation outcomes
Proven experience analysing, improving, and documenting business processes
Strong capability in process mapping methodologies and documentation standards
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, or similar process-mapping tools
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
Experience working within complex organisations
Day rate: $1100 + super
Location: Parramatta
Duration- 5 months + Potential for extension
