It's All About Growth
This is a
true new business role
. You'll be responsible for identifying and securing
new commercial accounts
across a wide range of industries. You'll be responsible for uncovering and converting
new commercial accounts
across industries, including healthcare, education, facilities management, and more.
You'll be
on the road
meeting clients face-to-face, building trust, and demonstrating the value of our products and services. You'll have the support of a great internal team, but
you own the pipeline,
from prospecting to proposal to close.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Prospecting to generate new business leads
* Leveraging your own existing network and connections
* Setting appointments and presenting solutions in person
* Developing tailored proposals and closing deals
* Building strong, long-term business relationships
* Reporting on pipeline activity and meeting monthly sales targets
* Collaborating with internal teams for smooth handovers and onboarding
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in B2B field sales or business running
* Strong networking and negotiation skills
* A passion for sales, independence, and hitting goals, KPIs and Targets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Clean QLD driver's licence
