Bakers Delight Cooleman Court is seeking an experienced Baker to join its production team. The role involves preparing, baking and presenting a wide range of bakery products in accordance with established recipes and production schedules, ensuring consistency, freshness and quality.

Task & responsibilities
* Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, rolls and bakery products following standard recipes
* Measure, mix, knead and shape dough to required specifications
* Operate and monitor bakery equipment including mixers, dividers, moulders, provers and ovens
* Control proving processes by monitoring temperature and humidity levels
* Bake products ensuring correct timing, temperature and quality standards
* Apply finishing techniques including glazing and icing where required
* Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet customer demand
* Monitor stock levels, order ingredients and ensure proper storage of raw materials
* Inspect ingredients and finished products to ensure quality and freshness
* Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in line with food safety standards
* Ensure compliance with Food Safety Program (FSP) and Occupational Health and Safety requirements
* Train and support junior bakery staff and contribute to team operations
Qualification & experience
* Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent qualification)
* At least 2–3 years of relevant full-time work experience
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation and oven operation
* Experience in a fast-paced bakery or food production environment
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
