**Community Services Manager - Hobart** 
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead services in the southern region of Tasmania. The successful applicant will have previous experience leading a service and have strong operational and strategic abilities.

**The Role** 
- Manage a large service area overseeing HCPs, NDIS & CHSP. 
- Provide professional leadership, management and development to your team 31, reporting directly to you. 
- Oversee 100 clients 
- Contribute to and implement policies and procedures for the effective curation of the full range of services relevant to Community Client’s needs. 
- Ensure audits are completed, evaluated and required action is taken 
- Oversee compliance and reporting 
- Identify opportunities and develop and implement relative solutions for new and enhanced services for Community Clients and Employees. 
**About You** 
- Have a working knowledge and current understanding of relevant legislation and a commitment to compliance. 
- Strong knowledge of community services with practical experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within an aged/community setting. 
- Solid understanding of the industries quality standards, frameworks, funding and how these have shaped care delivery for the sector. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven leadership, coaching and development skills 
- Sound experience in management of budgets & financials 
- Experience with software implementation
