Job Responsibilities
* Provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes
* Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks
* Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote their well‐being
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers
* Maintain detailed records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition
Job Requirements
* Must have a car for transportation to clients' homes
* Hold a Full Australian Drivers License
* Have a valid Police check
* Possess a working with children check
* Previous experience in home and community care is an advantage
* Compassionate and patient demeanor
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
