Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing records. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Systematically reviewing physical and electronic HR personnel files.
2. Locating, verifying, and cataloguing employment contracts and associated documentation.
3. Identifying salary adjustments, increments, contractual variations and remuneration changes.
4. Cross-checking employment contracts against payroll and HR records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
5. Identifying and flagging missing, incomplete, or inconsistent documentation for follow-up.
6. Maintaining clear audit trails and accurate records throughout the review process.
7. Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
8. Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
9. Escalating discrepancies, risks, or issues in line with established processes.
10. Working effectively within a hybrid environment, adhering to information security and records management requirements.

17. Confidence working with large datasets and identifying inconsistencies.
18. Intermediate Excel skills and general confidence using HR or payroll systems.
19. Access to a suitable hybrid working space, including a secure and private home office setup, to support confidential work when working remotely.
Desirable experience includes:
20. Previous experience working with HR or personnel files.
21. Familiarity with employment contracts, remuneration, and salary documentation.
