About Us
4 Seasons Home Insulation has had over 30 years of experience in the Insulation, Building & Construction Industry. We specialize in sustainable and eco-friendly insulation solutions for residential, new build and commercial properties across Sydney, Newcastle, and the Central Coast.
As we expand, we are looking for hardworking and reliable Insulation Installers to join our team. No experience? No problem! We offer full training to help you get started in a rewarding trade. 4 Seasons Insulation is involved in Industry bodies including nationally recognised Insulation Installer accreditation schemes.

Your Role
- Install roof, wall, and underfloor insulation in homes, new builds and commercial properties
- Gain skills and job variety, in particular for the installation of existing wall insulation (example: plastering, brick removal)
- Operate and maintain insulation equipment
- Ensure high-quality installation that meets industry and safety standards
- Work closely with other team members in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
What We’re Looking For
- No experience necessary – full training provided
- Prior experience in insulation, construction, or trades is a plus
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) required
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working in roof spaces and under floors
- Driver’s license required. If you are in the process of obtaining your license or close to receiving it, you may still be considered for the role.
