The Nomination Committee will approve a number of candidates for the Board to consider.Two of the approved candidates will be directly appointed by the Board and others will take part in an election for the third and fourth positions. There will be a joint Nomination Committee and Board process to consider the Independent Chair candidates. Appointments will be remunerated and take effect after the November 2025 AGM.Expectations of CandidatesCandidates wishing to be considered will need strong professional skills and demonstrated experience in some or all of the areas identified to provide the depth and breadth of skills and capabilities required of the auDA Board collectively. These include strategy, governance, global multi-stakeholder policy and regulation, relevant technical and industry knowledge, innovation, stakeholder relations, finance and reporting.
