The role
Based in our Adelaide Head Office (Grenfell Street), you'll play a key role in supporting NCI team members across Australia with reliable, high‐quality administration. You'll work closely with our Sales and Service Brokers, contributing to a smooth and positive experience for our clients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Preparing client visit materials, renewal packs and supporting documentation.
* Liaising with clients and insurers to gather renewal information and follow up outstanding documents.
* Reviewing and accurately processing policy and renewal documentation.
* Maintaining and updating internal systems and CRM records with notes, changes and linked documents.
* Providing general office and team support, including calls, correspondence and meeting room preparation.
This is a hands‐on administration role where accuracy, attention to detail and effective communication with stakeholders will be key to your success.
This is a permanent, full‐time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and a gateway opportunity to a fulfilling career at NCI and the credit solutions industry.
About You
* 1 - 2 years (or more) of administration or customer service experience, ideally in an office environment.
* A genuine interest in the financial services industry.
* A positive, proactive and team‐focused attitude.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Confident IT skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and change.
