What We Look For:
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
- A natural ability to inspire, train, and support a team
- A passion for genuine hospitality and elevating the guest experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Physically capable of assisting with restaurant and event setups
- Availability for a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
Your Responsibilities Are:
- Lead service during restaurant shifts, ensuring smooth operations and elevated guest experiences
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house team members with clear communication and energy
- Assist in planning and executing private functions and group bookings
- Oversee restaurant floor presentation and cleanliness throughout each service
- Act as the key contact for guest feedback during your shift, resolving issues with professionalism
- Contribute to ongoing staff training and support onboarding of new team members
