A well-established civil contractor with a strong presence across Southeast Queensland is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to support continued growth within their Brisbane operations. The business specialises in civil infrastructure and subdivision projects and is recognised for consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily site activities across subdivision and civil infrastructure works
* Oversee subcontractors and trade sequencing to maintain productivity on site
* Maintain strong safety, quality, and environmental performance across all site operations
* Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to ensure clear communication
* Track site progress, resources, and reporting to achieve key project milestones
What You'll Bring
* Background supervising residential or commercial subdivision projects
* At least 5 years' experience in civil construction, ideally within subdivisions or infrastructure
* Strong knowledge of HSEQ systems and site compliance requirements
* Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively
* Practical, solutions-driven approach to site challenges
