We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller with a strong background in Property Development & Construction to lead in the company's financial, taxation, and corporate compliance functions. Reporting to senior leadership, this role plays a critical part in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial decision‑making to support the Group's growth and development objectives.
You will manage the finance team, oversee financial reporting and cash flow, support major transactions, and provide high-quality financial insights to senior management.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline and be CPA, CA or equivalently qualified. Ideally you will bring 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least three years in a leadership role, with strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting and taxation.
Experience in residential land development and commercial construction transactions is essential, along with advanced Excel capability and hands‑on experience with financial management systems. The role also requires proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
