Job Description
We are growing our #AAA team and seeking an Occupational Therapist living in Canberra, Queanbeyan, Tuggeranong, Gunning, Yass, Gundaroo, Belconnen, Jerrabombera & surrounding areas.
In this role you will:
* Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
* Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
* Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Current Occupational Therapy membership with AHPRA
* Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability
* Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
* Time management & organisational skills to manage varied caseload
