The Role:
We've got an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team on site at two iconic mixed use assets located in the heart of Sydney The key focus of this role is to assist in planning, development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies, with a focus on the food & beverage retail category.
A snapshot of the role:
* Regularly attend stakeholder meetings to undertake marketing audits and develop a sound understanding of each tenants' business, challenges and opportunities
* Devising seasonal and tactical campaigns and building an annual campaign calendar
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with retail tenants
* Engage with internal and external resources to provide services to deliver campaigns and ongoing marketing activities
What you will bring:
* Experience working in property, retail or hospitality marketing
* Experience in campaign and event planning and management
* High level of confidence presenting to stakeholders at all levels
* Creative and curious approach to marketing, proactively researching and staying up to date with current and emerging industry trends
