We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Support Office team on a 12-month contract. Based in our North Sydney office, you will play an integral role in supporting clinics to attract and secure top clinical talent across ANZ, with a key focus on managing the portfolio of Beauty Therapists, Clinic Manager and Assistant Clinic Manager roles.

How You'll Make an Impact
* Coordinate recruitment requests and develop targeted sourcing strategies across both franchise and corporate clinics in the ANZ market.
* Manage and publish job advertisements across multiple job boards and recruitment platforms.
* Conduct candidate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
* Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
* Partner with field leadership to source and secure talent for clinics across our ANZ market
* Screen applications, review resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates
* Conduct reference checks and manage the offer process in collaboration with hiring managers.
* Enhance employer brand through strong candidate experience, social media engagement, and recruitment marketing initiatives
What You'll Bring to the Team
* Highly proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS) is essential
* Demonstrated high volume recruitment experience, either in agency or internal
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines as required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Goal oriented and motivated by working with ambitious targets
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills and written and verbal communication capability.
* Experience using recruitment systems
* Experience working in the aesthetics, beauty or retail industry is preferred but not essential.
